Emily Chenevert is the Chief Executive Officer of the Austin Board of REALTORS® and Unlock MLS, serving 20,000+ real estate professionals across the 18-county Central Texas region. With a background in government affairs, Chenevert has a proven record and passion for advocating on behalf of REALTORS® and homeowners. Chenevert is a hands-on leader who is heavily invested in fostering personal relationships to build progress. She believes that the Association and the MLS are most effective when they leverage the power of the community, built through the membership and across the marketplace. Under her tenure of leadership at ABoR, Chenevert led the implementation of two five-year ABoR’s strategic plans while elevating the organization’s profile and impact, regionalized ABoR’s footprint and member services, and championed MLS listing data integrity standards.
Teresa King Kinney | Vice Chair

Teresa King Kinney has led MIAMI REALTORS® – the nation’s largest local REALTOR® association – for 26 years, playing an integral role in making Miami a top real estate market for both domestic and international investment. When Kinney began with MIAMI in August 1993, the board had just 5,000 members. Today, MIAMI REALTORS® has more than 50,000 members. Under Kinney’s leadership, MIAMI has launched landmark and innovative global partnerships and brought an unparalleled number of new and exclusive REALTOR® products and services to its members. Kinney has helped MIAMI sign a record 220 global partnerships with real estate organizations around the world. MIAMI has bilateral agreements with real estate associations in more than 50 countries.
Jeremy Crawford | Secretary

As President & CEO of First Multiple Listing Service (FMLS), Jeremy Crawford sits at the helm of the fourth-largest MLS in the U.S. with over 54,000 subscribers. An East Tennessee native, he is a highly technical leader who is passionate about positively impacting the future of real estate to the benefit of brokers and agents across the state of Georgia and beyond. Prior to joining FMLS, Jeremy served as CEO of the Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO) which operates under the National Association of REALTORS® umbrella. Jeremy’s experience also includes executive positions as MLS Listings’ COO/CIO (San Francisco Bay Area), CIO of Sandicor MLS (San Diego), and as one of the first employees at MarketLinx, which is today known as CoreLogic.
Daniel Forsman | Treasurer

Daniel Forsman is recognized both locally and nationally as a leader in the real estate industry. He recently celebrated his 35th professional anniversary and was inducted into the national RIS Media Hall of Fame. Forsman was named Broker of the Year for the Global Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Affiliates Network and has received the Berkshire Elite Circle Award every year since 1992. He is treasurer with FMLS and a former Big 8 CPA. Forsman is past president of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association and has received numerous awards including, Most Admired CEO, RIS Media Luminaire Award, Industry Icon, and more. Kipp Cooper is the CEO of the Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS® and Heartland MLS. With over 12,000 subscribers, Heartland MLS is one of the largest MLSs in the Midwest, serving all of Western Missouri and Eastern Kansas. Cooper is a recognized leader in the industry, playing a major role in establishing fair display guidelines for listing syndication. He serves on numerous industry and association advisory boards and is a Managing Director/Founder of MLS Grid. Cooper was recognized in the Swanepoel “Power 200” Report as one of the most powerful people in Residential Real Estate in 2015 and on their watchlist in 2019. In June 2021, Cooper was also recognized by the Kansas City Business Journal as one of Kansas City’s 25 Next Gen Leaders.
Phil Swift
Executive Chairman, Ayrshire Group
Phil Swift is the Executive Chairman of Ayrshire Group. Based in Calgary, the Ayrshire Group is recognized as one of Canada’s leading private equity firms, with over $5.3B of capital under management. Swift has extensive experience in equity investment, corporate advisory, and direct investment management, with a focus in commercial real estate and real estate technology. He co-founded ARC Financial Corporation in 1989 and has served on the board of directors of approximately 20 corporations. Swift is a past president of Alberta, former international director of the North American Society for Corporate Planning, former advisory board member for the University of British Columbia Business Faculty, and past chairman of the Canadian Institute of Natural and Integrative Medicine. Currently, Swift serves as co-founder and chairman of the Pacific Impact Investor Network (PIIN) at the UBC Sauder School of Business and is increasingly involved in philanthropic projects overseas through the Swift Family Foundation.

Dave Borrillo has extensive experience as a tech entrepreneur who has cofounded, led, and advised multiple technology companies with successful exits in real estate, media, advertising, and healthcare. With nine patents, Dave specializes in applying the latest inventions, innovations, and technologies to improve people’s lives and solve difficult business problems. Dave has almost 15 years in proptech and residential real estate and is passionate about optimizing the home buying process to be accessible to all. Dave seeks to give back to the community by starting and supporting non-profits and engaging in volunteer work.
